3. User Responsibilities
- Account Registration: Users must register an account to use certain features of the Service but can choose not to do so to be able to make bookings only. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in any fraudulent activities, misuse the Service, or violate any applicable laws.
4. Provider Responsibilities
- Account Registration: Providers must register an account and provide accurate business and personal information.
- Service Quality: Providers are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of the services they offer.
- Compliance: Providers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
5. Booking and Appointments
- Booking Process: Users can book appointments through our Website by following the booking instructions.
- Provider Terms: Providers may have additional terms that apply to their services. Users must agree to these terms when booking an appointment.
- Cancellations: Must be made 24 hours before the appointment time or 4 hours before the appointment time if the booking is made on the same day.
- Late Arrivals: If the customer is late to appointment there is no refund and the provider has the right not to provide the service but may have the option to do so depending on how busy the provider is and whether there are other customers that need to be served.
- Rescheduling: Users can reschedule up to 4 hours before the appointment time provided there is a slot of choice that can be found.
- Refunds will be made based on the cancellation requirement above which can take up to 2-4 days to process.
6. Fees and Payments
- Pricing: Fees for services are listed on the Website. They will be displayed on each of the service listings. Please note the provider has a right to display the price as a deposit with full payment to be made on the day at the establishment
- Service Fees: Rezervate may charge a service fee for using the platform.
- Payment Methods: We accept card payments.
- Commission: Rezervate may take a commission from payments made by users. They will be displayed in the payment section and subject to change.
- Booking fee: Rezervate’s booking fee is none-refundable due to significant third party fees and other reasons.
7. Liability
- Provider Liability: Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer and any claims arising from them.
- Website Liability: Rezervate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided by third-party Providers.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Between Users and Providers: Any disputes between Users and Providers should be resolved directly between them.
- Platform’s Role: Rezervate may assist in dispute resolution but is not responsible for resolving disputes.
9. Privacy
- Data Collection: We collect personal data as described in our Privacy Policy below.
- Data Sharing: We share relevant data with Providers to facilitate service delivery.
- Data Retention: We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Modification of Terms
- Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Notification: Users and Providers will be notified of any changes to the Terms via email or in most cases notice on the Website.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through Website admins as mediators.
